Q. Do you think I could fit the Phantom in the case with the blade guards on? Maybe if I customized the foam? Would it fit?
A. No. The DJI Phantom will not fit in this case with the Prop Guards on. You will need to remove them.
Q. Will this case fit with a Phantom 2 with a Go Pro mounted and the props attached?
A. Yes it will. You can fit the DJI Phantom 2 with the Go Pro mounted under and leave the props attached to the DJI Phantom.
Q. Does this fit the Phantom 2 Vision+ with the gimbal mount camera on the bottom? Does it qualify for carry on in 737 or larger standard airliner?
A. Yes this does fit the Phantom 2 vision + very well and also securely. The Nanuk 945 will not fit in the overhead bins so is not approved as a carry-on. You will need to check the case with the airline. But you will look splendid with this case so you might get a better deal for checking it.
Q. Will this case accept Phantom 2 Vision+ V3.0 with Extra Battery, including all accessories it comes with?
A. Yes it will.
Q. Will this case fit the Phantom 3 Pro or Advanced?
A. Yes, The new custom foam in the Nanuk 945 is now suited for all Phantom 2 and 3 models.
Q. How many extra batteries can it hold?
A. There are 4 batteries specific cavities in the foam but you can also use the extra general holes for more batteries if you like.
Q. Is this case allowed in the plane passenger cabin?
A. No it will not. You can safely check this case with the airline and rest assured your DJI Phantom will be protected from any bumps and hard drops.
Q. Can you ship to other countries than USA and Canada?
A. Sorry, we currently only ship to Canada and USA since shipping fees are really high on large cases like this one.
