Nanuk 920 Aluminum Panel Blank

I had good experience with the Lexan panel kits from Nanuk and wanted to see what the aluminum panel was like. The screw holes lined up perfectly and the screws that came with the kit were nice. I had wanted to build an electrical test set for my multimeter and the Nanuk 920 was a great fit. The aluminum panel is fairly thick and very strong. Even with such closely drilled large holes it's still holding up well and doesn't show any sign of warping. Great service as always from HardCases.ca Thanks Dave!

Nanuk 933

The case is great however the lower aluminum bolt holes do not match up to the case. They line up on the sides but not on the top or bottom. I’ve tried I different orientations and the holes don’t line up.
I have already modified the lower plate for building my Rc charging box. The top aluminum plate aligns without any issues.
Still in the process of modding the case.

Hi Roy, Thank you for leaving a review and posting those great photos. We figured why you had a problem with the holes in the bottom part of the case... It seems like you have received a panel for a 930 instead of a 933... I know you’ve already done all of your cuts and design but I have requested that we send you a new panel for the 933. I’m really sorry for the error. This shouldn’t have happenned but it did... I hope you’ll be able to fix it with the new panel we send. Thank you Roy! David

I would recommend the Nanuk box to anyone looking for a sturdy transport or storage box

The idea of the aluminium panel is a good one. The panel is easily installed or removed and provide flexibility of usage of the box. Generally, the Nanuk box is well-designed and well-thought out concept. I would recommend the Nanuk box to anyone looking for a sturdy transport or storage box.
