Returning your Hard Case is simple
If the product is still in perfect condition and you think it won't work for you (for any reason that might be) just shoot me an email at david[at]hardcases.ca and I'll get you set up with return number (RMA) and address. We'll take returns up to 30 days after they have been delivered to you.
If you need a different case and you'd like me to rush it, then you can place a new order and we'll get this new one shipped next day.
We'll use good judgment and talk it over but I usually ask for you to pay to ship back since most orders placed on Hard Cases Canada have free shipping.
If the error is on our side, then you will get free return shipping included.
If you are not convinced or satisfied with this Return policy, once again, shoot me an email and we'll discuss it!
