This case is solid. I had to stand on it to test it out, held me no problem (195lbs). I love how slick it looks, it has the level of professionalism is was looking for when transporting my equipment.

Nunuk Caes - Buy Canadian

Having bought, Pelican, SKB and Nanuk cases i find the Nanuk case to be as tough or tougher than the basic Pelican and SKB offerings and the hinges are definitely better. While specialized sizes are still being added, I can usually find a size that will work for me.

Additional, i love that I can finally buy a Made in Canada product and not take a massive bath cost wise. I will continue to buy Nanuk products as long as the quality/cost is maintained and they continue to be a Canadian owned and manufacturing company.

Really fantastic product, especially for the price. Transaction was quick and easy, the delivery was fast and the product is robust. Dimensions were precise and, yes its heavy, but equal to any other similar product for the size and quality. I feel safe that my equipment will be protected.

Great deal...Great product...Great service

My son requested this as a gift and originally wanted a case from another vendor; a P word. I thought about a studio box with the metal edges but they aren't waterproof and have plywood sides. I did some investigating and found this one. The mfg website was very informative on fit and function. I searched more and found HardCases which provided a substantial savings from the mfg. I bought the 963 with foam. The case is light weight for the sturdiness of the case. I think 4 layers of foam with cross cuts in the foam to help you design the storage needed. 3 layers of dense foam were about 3 inches thick each. Hinges are strong and don't allow the lid to torques left or right. Claw type latches hold the lid securely. Front latches have a hole to put a padlock through. The hole is fortified with a metal insert. There's tuck away handles on 3 sides. There's also wheels and a pull handle. The pull handle detents at 2 levels for short and tall needs. This is not an airplane carry on. Check the measurements / specs and is about the size of a larger suitcase. It's a little pricey for general travel but if you have something you need protected - guns, ammo, jewelry, photo equipment, shock sensitive equipment, drones, money; this is your box. Nanuk 963 - not disappointed

This is my second Nanuk case. I already own a 925 4 up pistol case (a great case BTW). The 963 is my first large case with wheels, it is an awesome case as well. Love the latches. The case seals up tight and rolls easily. I have custom foam on order as this will be another range/transport case for gear and firearms. Only wish I could have gotten it in orange to match my 925 pistol case.

I choose the Nanuk 963 for its reputation and being Canadian! My number one reason for choosing my case was because it was the exact size to house my snare and kick pedal.
