We are trying Nanuk hard cases for our equipment . We have used lots of Pelican and UK cases and want to see the durability of these.
My equipment and I do a lot of travelling to remote areas and disaster sites, and my equipment needs to work when I get there. Nanuk Cases have never let me down (I own 6). I love that they are rugged, customizable for my equipment, and Canadian made. I won’t buy any other make.
On arriving by air to a city with heavy rain, my checked bag was somewhat wet. I decided that I had enough and purchased the Nanuk 960 so I would not have any issues like my Nanuk 935 for the cabin.
I got this one for my son who took it fishing / camping the past Victoria long weekend . No it was not filled with photo gear but camping essentials . He loved the four locking clasps and the depth of this case . The world is your oyster when choosing what can possibly go into the tough case .
I was looking for a case to transport my guitar amp and equipment. The specs from the website were perfect. I received the case and it was 10 on 10! I am sure it will last me for years looks great works great.
I have an entire fleet of Nanuk cases and I know that when I buy one, it is a "buy it for life" type of product. As an underwater explorer and filmmaker, I need to protect my gear. I once had a rollover van accident that destroyed my vehicle. The van was a right-off but my Nanuk cases protected everything that was safely packed inside. (That is probably about the same rough treatment that a baggage handler takes on my gear each time I fly!) In any case, the Nanuk cases offer safe transport and are sealed from the elements too.
I have placed several of my will Milwaukee Tools in this case sits in the back of my pickup. Has been through several showers and no leaks very happy with this case.
